The success of the project is the responsibility of the manager named at the start of the process, who has the task of ensuring that the contractual requirements are met. Responsible for all the technical aspects and scheduling, this person is your dedicated point of contact, from the kick-off meeting through to the final measurement report.

As defined in the quality standards, the presence of a deputy Project Manager and replacements for all the personnel involved in the project ensures continuous, effective communication.

The Project Managers have the task of ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the Siepel engineering process in consultation with:

  • The sales department in order to ensure a detailed understanding of the offer,
  • R&D whenever it is necessary to develop a specific design,
  • The technical advisor (EMC, RF, measurements) regarding performance commitments,
  • The design office, which is responsible for interpreting the drawings,
  • The factory facilities with regard to the manufacture of the shielded elements or electromagnetic absorbers,
  • Logistics for planning and managing shipment,
  • The site managers in order to coordinate on-site installation.

The centralization of our many skill sets simplifies communications between the various departments (R&D, design office, production, installation) and gives us the reactivity necessary in order to provide a top-quality service.
